WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

As much as possible we try to use Oono.co.uk to provide information on our products. We provide Overviews, Technical Specifications, Downloads and FAQs as standard for all of our products.

Occasionally we find that customers have questions that we haven't covered in our online content. We always answer any questions as quickly as possible and we update Oono.co.uk accordingly.

WHERE CAN I BUY OONO PRODUCTS?

A full list of online and high street retailers can be found in the PURCHASE section of our site. We keep an up-to-date list of all retailers and the products that they sell.

IF I HAVE A FAULTY PRODUCT HOW DO I CLAIM ON MY WARRANTY?

In the unlikely event that an Oono product should fail within its warranty period you should contact our SUPPORT TEAM. We have a well defined process for dealing with any faulty products and we insist that the customer should be kept happy. Full details of our Warranty Service will be available online very soon.

ARE OONO PRODUCTS AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Oono products are available outside of the UK. We do not supply our products direct to customers in any country, instead we use our relationships with distributors and retailers to reach customers. We are always keen to ensure that customers anywhere can enjoy Oono products. If you are unable to find a local supplier of Oono products then please contact our SALES TEAM and they will be happy to find a supplier who can meet your needs.

Oono have spent a lot of time building strong relationships with highly reputable retailers. We have a select list of online and high-street retailers that we deal with.

We are constantly introducing new products to a number of different markets and we are always keen to hear from distributors and retailers interested in selling our products.

As a distributor or retailer you should contact your Account Manager if you require product support. We make as much information as possible available online but we appreciate there are always unique cases where you will require a quick and bespoke response.
