BUILDING ON SUCCESS

The MINIDAB One was Oono's first foray into the DAB market. Released in the UK in 2006 it quickly received great reviews and high demand. As soon as the One was released Oono were scheming for the next model - the result was the MINIDAB 2Plus2.

SHARPER LOOKS

The MINIDAB 2Plus2 has taken a step away from the standard black and white styles and opted for two very sleek silver finishes. The chrome inspired Light Silver model is the bright spark of the pair, designed for modern living. Whereas the Dark Silver model boasts an air of Armani - encapsulating effortless sophistication.

BIGGER BRAIN

Times have changed and the 128mb of on-board memory that the MINIDAB One offered is no longer enough. So we have managed to squeeze 2GB of on-board memory into the MINIDAB 2Plus2. When you add this to the 2GB of external memory (SD card) then you have a massive 4GB and the origins of the 2Plus2 name!

With 4GB of storage you can store over 1,000 songs or record 2,840 minutes of high quality DAB radio (@192Kbps).

GREATER SENSITIVITY

The MINIDAB 2Plus2 has a new DAB chip in it that improves the reception rates. This is a major improvement and means that the MINIDAB 2Plus2 can out-perform its competitors not just in functionality but also in quality.

MORE NOISE

The last of the major changes is a new built-in speaker that offers a significant improvement over the speaker found in the One. In tests the new speaker manages to squeeze out better quality sound and at an increased volume. Not bad for a speaker that is smaller than the tip of your finger!!

STILL FEATURE PACKED

Because the MINIDAB 2Plus2 is based on the MINIDAB One it brings with it all of the features that made its predecessor such a success. The MINIDAB 2Plus2 gives you an all-in-one media experience in an unbelievably small and compact unit. It combines Band III DAB Radio, FM radio, MP3 playback (and WMA and Ogg VORBIS formats), and voice/line-in recording.
